This card was made with what I call the "Mirror technic."You'll need; Vellum, Card stock(ballet blue and white),Staz-On blk and white, Red brads and Stampin' Write markers(glorious green, real red and ballet blue). To make the magic reflection you'll need "Lumiere"(568 pearl white).
